CHRISTUS Health, an international not-for-profit health system, provides healthcare for those in need and invests in programs to improve the overall health of their patient communities. The CHRISTUS began looking for a cost-effective, high-availability managed file transfer solution with interoperability FTP, SFTP (SSH), FTPS (SSL/TLS), OpenPGP encryption, SMTP, other standards-based solutions compliance with HIPAA and scalability. To overcome these challenges CHRISTUS evaluated Diplomat transaction manager enterprise edition. The enterprise services group uses Diplomat for centralizes control of secure file transfers which reduces custom scripting, improves productivity by decreasing file transfer problems, meets diverse technical requirements of a range of trading partners, close vendor relationship and new product features and captures all relevant data for compliance with internal/external and its and industry mandates.
