Power conscious strong security and multimedia reality are demanded for the construction of emerging ubiquitous environment. Since multimedia computing requires high performance, high precision, and real time responsibility, the hardware approach or VLSI implementation of sophisticated strategies is one of the most promising solutions to satisfy those features. In developing cutting edge VLSI processors, parallelism is actually a recent years' trend. HC gorilla is a ubiquitous processor that does not make much of high clock speed, but seeks high performance by applying the parallelism of multi-core and multiple pipeline. Each of two symmetric cores is composed of cipher pipes for cipher streaming and Java compatible media pipes.
