Comparing Two Scripting Languages: Javascript and Vbscript
Source: Bowie State University
When it comes to writing a computer program, what criteria can or are used when selecting the language for the program to be written in? Is there necessarily a precedence for either using these criteria or not, and/or are there other reasons why the person who writes the computer code utilizes the language that he does? These questions will be the primary topics that the author will explore in particular as they relate to the scripting languages JavaScript and VBScript. The author will explain these criteria as they relate to each language to see if either one can be argued as being the better of the languages to use.
