Configuring the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HTML Web Server to a WebSphere Cluster on I5/OS
Source: IBM
The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HTML Web Server, otherwise referred to as the Java Application Server (JAS), is a web application used for accessing and using EntepriseOne applications through a common web browser. This paper details the steps required to take a standalone (single server) configuration of JAS on WebSphere Application Server for i5/OS to a configuration; a WebSphere cluster. WebSphere clustering has many advantages. One such advantage is WebSphere Application Server will automatically distribute requests across all the servers in a cluster.
