ConServe Deploys an Avaya Contact Center Solution to Ensure Superior Service, Security, and the Capacity for Rapid Growth
ConServe is a rapidly growing debt collection agency that serves the academic, utility, financial, government, and retail markets. ConServe wanted to upgrade its analog PBX system with a solution that would enable it to add agents quickly as its client base grows, and to deploy new features that will increase its competitive advantage. They also needed to meet quality-of-service standards for reliable, uninterrupted communications, and to ensure security, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Consulting with Microtech Information Systems, an Avaya Authorized BusinessPartner, ConServe deployed Avaya Communication Manager 4.0 running on two 8720 servers. The solution merges the voice network with an Enterasys B3G124 data network and a Meru secure wireless system.
