Throughout more than 60 countries worldwide, BP produces and distributes lubrication products to both industrial organizations and consumers. For RP managing the settlement of revenue-reducing agreements, such as discount or bonus prepayments, is extremely difficult with standard business applications. To monitor its contracts with over 18,000 partners, Deutsche BP deployed a tailored Progress OpenEdge-based Contract Management Application (CMA).
