Core Banking Product Evaluation and Implementation for a Multinational Bank

The customer is a multinational bank with presence in more than 25 countries and serving its customers through more than 90 branches. The objectives of the project were to: review the organization's IT solution configuration to support the strategic objectives and select an integrated core banking system to be implemented across multiple jurisdictions. Mahindra Satyam followed a staged approach: Float RFP, evaluated and selected best product and pre-implementation planning, PMO setup.
