SIA-SSB is a European leader in payment card processing, payment systems, capital markets, and network services. SIA-SSB wanted to reduce hardware, power, and networking costs for 40 rack-mount servers running firewall and network software for multiple networks. SIA-SSB consolidated four racks of servers onto clustered HP ProLiant G6 blades in four 10U enclosures using HP Virtual Connect Flex-10 technology, VMware, and HP StorageWorks MSA systems.
