Assurance of organization prosperity is influenced by creating optimal organizational culture, because the effective organization operation depends on people, not on investment or technology. Creating the optimal organization culture is not one-shot campaign activity, but it is an integrated and systematic process, the base of which has to be the continual organization's education. The main aim of each organization is to succeed on the market. This success is mostly fixed by the height of achieved profit, in which the attraction of the organization for business partners and customers can be also seen. This is the reason why organizations try the dynamics of profit to have the increasing tendency, because the profit enables their further existence and development.
