Death to Curly Quotes by Auto Formatting in Word

Curly or smart quotes - those curvaceous quote marks as seen in Microsoft Office Word - do not get reformatted in plain text, and thus are considered errors when text is loaded into the HTML editors. This webcast shows how to change the defaults in Word to get rid of smart quotes and use plain old straight quote marks instead.
