Design Methodology of Operations Supporting Systems Based on TMForum NGOSS

In this paper, the authors define the design methodology for Operations Supporting Systems based on the TMForum NGOSS principles as a telecommunication industry context and Service-oriented architecture as a software architecture context. And they explain the efficiency and benefit of the proposed methodology by illustrating the KT NeOSS experience. With global competition and ever-evolving technology, corporate management environment is changing fast while customer's voice is becoming more powerful and their fast-changing demands more diverse in the market.
