E-Learning and Security Problems in Cloud Computing Environment

Cloud computing has emerged as one of the fastest-growing segments of the information technology industry. The ability to leverage economies of scale, geographic distribution, open source software and automated systems to drive down costs makes cloud computing an attractive option for education. Development of information technology and constantly innovating educational technology causes changes in the methods and forms of teaching an organization that would be optimal in the era of mass application of Internet and electronic sources of knowledge. Many of the advantages of cloud computing are accompanied by collateral legal, reputational and security risks having on mind e-learning material that represents intellectual property on the Internet.
