e-Rewards, Inc. Achieves Near Real-Time Reporting, Increasing Capacity and Scalability for Members

e-Rewards, Inc wanted to provide fast response time whenever members enter online responses to surveys and meet service level requirements of members, clients, and internal users. The challenge was to align IT resources to support e-Rewards' unique business model and integrate legacy systems and databases to increase scalability and capacity for users. e-Rewards implemented Oracle Database 10g to achieve an efficient division of resources, optimizing system utilization and availability and providing the capacity to support future growth and deployed Oracle Dataguard Logical Standby to establish a near real-time operational data store and scalable staging environment for a data warehouse.
