EBPM In Practice - A Case Study Of Developing An Evidence Base For SCP Policy

In this paper we introduce a case study which puts the principles of evidence-based policy making into practice. It needs to be emphasised up front that we have not yet concluded the case study - it is still work in progress - we will wrap it up in the autumn with the publication of the SCP (Sustainable Consumption and Production) research strategy. However we are sufficiently well advanced to be able to begin to draw conclusions.
