Effective Pair Programming Practice-An Experimental Study

Pair programming is a practice, where two programmers work on a single task. Long research has been carried out in industries, and efficient results were achieved. Research is also being done in implementing the pair programming techniques in academics and good results are seen. In this paper, the authors suggested a new approach of pairing students from different engineering levels an experiment was conducted on a sample of students. In this paper, both qualitative and mixed approaches are used.
