Licensed to market and sell health insurance in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, eHealthinsurance has developed partnerships with more than 175 health insurance companies and offers more than 10,000 health insurance products online. The site didn't have an integrated search capability, and the eHealthinsurance team saw that people were leaving the site when they couldn't find the information they needed. eHealthinsurance deployed Google Site Search that enabled Google search box on the site and let visitors access the search results, improving the usability of the site. Also, once the search engine was added to the site, there was nothing more required to manage it.
