End-User Experience Insight Leads Reed Smith to Datacenter Consolidation Success

As a worldwide law firm with more than 1,500 attorneys in 23 offices, Reed Smith has an extensive IT infrastructure. Reed Smith decided to consolidate datacenters and move to a centralized Citrix environment. It needed insight into how its end users - attorneys and staff - experienced performance of its Citrix applications. Reed Smith took a two-prong approach in using Compuware Vantage as its IT service management solution. To start, the firm's IT unit established realistic baselines for the migration.
