EPS Famisanar Improves Online Services and Reduces Call Center Transaction Amounts by 20% With New Portal

EPS Famisanar wanted to develop a transactional portal to provide online services to users (its members, companies, and business advisors) and comply with applicable privacy health laws and facilitate online communication between EPS Famisanar and its health service centers to extend visibility and transparency throughout the organization. The challenge was to improve online management of health service authorizations to reduce travel required to receive authorizations in person. EPS Famisanar worked with Oracle Partner Soft Bolivar to implement Oracle Application Server and Oracle Internet Directory to develop a transactional portal to offer online services to users, businesses, and advisors, while ensuring compliance with health laws.
