Estrategia Digital del Gobierno de Chile wanted to implement a robust, scalable platform to facilitate online information sharing among public institutions and improve the government's integrated functionality and create two database sites to support a large monthly transaction volume and guarantee 24x7 operating continuity. The challenge was to accelerate response times for citizens' information requests to offer better customer service in managing transactions. Estrategia Digital del Gobierno de Chile worked with Oracle Partners Adexus and Everis Chile to implement Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle WebLogic Platform on a robust, flexible, and scalable platform.
