Radmin was very well established in its native Russia, but there was little awareness of it across Europe and, as all sales were generated through its website, the company had no presence at all in the UK outside its PR activity. The company needed to work with their partner agencies in Europe to introduce Radmin to a much wider audience, and build the Famatech brand in the UK through targeted outreach in the IT trade, business and vertical media. The PR campaign needed to introduce Radmin to the right audience among IT managers in the UK, and drive people to Famatech's website in order to generate sales.
