Fiat Group Automobiles Optimizes Analysis of Trends in Its Business and Among Its Competition
Fiat Group wanted to implement a new tool for analyzing and presenting worldwide vehicle sales figures and improve monitoring and analysis of all group brand sales and the principal competing brands. The challenge was to extend analysis to include the most important countries where Fiat Group Automobiles vehicles are sold and make information available faster. Fiat Group worked with Oracle Partner Reply to implement Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition to create a Web-based system to monitor trends in the business and the company's principal competitors. They also extended the geographic perimeter of those countries analyzed in the greatest detail, from five to 32.
