Fife Council Improves Service Delivery for 350,000 People With Integrated IT Management

To deliver on its vision for Fife, the authority must be able to meet its goals for becoming a top performing council. With all 900 council service streams impacted in some way by technology, IT is key to the authority's performance ambitions. To simplify IT management, the council needed better visibility and control of its infrastructure. The council has created an integrated and standardised IT management platform based on CA solutions. By deploying CA NSM, CA eHealth Performance Manager, CA Spectrum Infrastructure Manager and CA Insight Database Performance Manager for Distributed Databases, the council has simplified change management, improved problem resolution and enabled effective capacity planning.
