Large Credit Card Issuer wanted to increase customer value by inducing higher spend on credit cards. Fractal deployed its customer analysis frameworks to identify the needs and requirements of customers. As a first step the entire customer base was segmented by the Frequency Monetary (FM) framework where each customer was placed into sub-segments based on monetary value of transactions and frequency of card usage in a recent time window.
