France Telecom (Orange) - Mobile API Publishing

Orange is the key brand of France Telecom, one of the world's leading telecommunications operators. The local developers need full advantage of tools and resources of the Nursery and through Emerginov, local partners and select public entities (such as universities) gain access to the range of telecom services offered by the Nursery, including IVRs, SMS systems, VOIP infrastructure, Text to Speech engines, etc. They chose Layer 7 Technologies to overcome these challenges. They deploying a new application called "Kisaitoo" which allows citizens to post their questions to any Facebook forum using their mobile phone. This resulted in providing developers with secure access to telecom service,faster and at less cost by reusing/recomposing existing services.
