The client had multiple critical business processes that were being performed using Microsoft Word and Excel Templates. All of this information was being shared and discussed using internal emails and documents were stored on the employees local machine. There was no way to track progress, completion or approval. Converge Point was hired to create a global intranet that formed the foundation to facilitating business collaboration between employees across the client's different office locations.
