GNR Version 3 Name Scoring and Phonology-Based Name Matching

This IBM-GNR White Paper presents an overview of the process by which two distinct technology streams related to the general problem of name-scoring (i.e., the process of determining and measuring the degree of similarity and/or equivalence between two or more names) in the IBMGNR product offerings have been merged into a single product, in order to provide a comprehensive basis for automated name-scoring.
