To maintain the high level of service and expertise that has made them a world leader in fitness, Gold's Gym looked for ways to retool their hiring process to ensure that each new hire is the best possible match for the open position. Identifying the best candidates for specific job functions would help reduce employee turnover, especially in frontline, customer-facing roles. PeopleAnswers partnered with Gold's Gym to enhance their hiring process and reduce turnover. The first step was to develop custom Performance Profiles (a collection of behavioral traits that contributes most strongly and consistently to high employee performance) to help hire top performers for all gym positions.
