The Flemish Government oversees the education, culture, health care, and international development of the Flemish community in Belgium. With more than six million people living in the area, the Flemish Government strives to maintain the world's highest living standard for all residents. Flemish Government wanted to reduce spam and increase productivity. HP deployed a solution which significantly decreased spam volumes. HP designed an assessment model to fully quantify the effect of spam on the government's technology assets, then validate the technical solution and assess its impact on reducing spam without inadvertently deleting valid e-mails.
