GreenFiber: Insulating the Network With FortiGate

Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., GreenFiber is the largest manufacturer of natural fiber insulation, fire and sound products. Previously using a Cisco based frame network, GreenFiber decided to move to an MPLS based network. Along with the new MPLS network came the opportunity to update the supporting network security infrastructure. With the ability to increase input on AV scanning and easily scan all Internet traffic without degrading the network, GreenFiber decided to expand its use of FortiGate appliances and functionalities. Working with partner, eSecurity To Go, GreenFiber has deployed 18 Fortinet appliances throughout its network. Appliances include FortiGate-500As, FortiWifi-60Bs and FortiAnalyzer-800.
