Happiness As An Objective Of Labour Law
Source: University of Melbourne
While the idea of happiness at work has been recognized in other fields, there has been relatively little research into the relationship between labor law and happiness in leading law reviews. The argument is that labor laws can be formulated to help create or enhance workplace conditions that will have the overall effect of increasing employees' enjoyment of their work.
