Happy Disabled Call Center by the Foundation for Disabled People

Foundation for Disabled People (Fiziksel Engelliler Vakfi[FEV]) was established in 1995 to create and implement social projects that "Produce Realistic, Sustainable, and Tangible Solutions for Disabled People." They wanted to create a database of 9 million disabled people in Turkey and become a resource center about disability issues. With the support of Microsoft Turkey, FEV established the Happy Disabled Call Center (Mutlu Engelli Cagri Merkezi) to provide structured information about disability issues for clients, public authorities, corporations, and other organizations in Turkey.
