HARDI INTERNATIONAL wanted to enable follow-up on key figures such as the degree of coverage of products and geographical areas, purchasing, warehousing, production effectiveness, and compliance with delivery targets and standardize data to create a common platform on which to make decisions. The challenge was to provide quick template options for the budget process to simplify forecasting and budgeting and simplify the production of consolidated accounts with multiple currencies. HARDI INTERNATIONAL implemented Oracle's Hyperion Essbase & Enterprise Analytics to generate precise data and a consolidated view of the entire business through effective and rapid analyses of areas such as the contribution margin of products and geographical areas.
