Helping Unilever Transform The IT Workforce To Achieve High Performance

Unilever signed an Information Technology (IT) application development outsourcing deal with Accenture, in which Accenture assumed responsibility for applications development, implementation and support for Unilever across 25 European countries. However, since some IT positions within Unilever would be rendered redundant by the deal, Unilever asked Accenture to incorporate within the outsourcing arrangement a solution for helping these employees make the transition to a new job.
