High Performance With High Integrity

In an era characterized by accelerating change, economic dislocation, and - all too often - highly visible scandals, a key question has become more and more pressing. It's a question that is posed not only by the media and by governments, but also in corporate offices around the globe. What is the proper role of business? This paper seeks to provide an answer to that question. Simply put, it argues that contemporary corporations should strive to fuse high performance with high integrity - the twin goals of capitalism.
