High School Expands Learning Opportunities by Going Online

Prospect High School challenge is to make specialists within district available to greater number of students, improve student performance through individualized instruction and provide anytime, anywhere learning opportunities expected by today's students. They chose Cisco to overcome these challenges. They implemented Cisco WebEx meeting applications. With Cisco WebEx meeting applications district can extend specialized courses to student's district-wide, faculty use web meeting applications to enhance instruction and monitor performance and students can take advantage of interactive features to engage with instructors remotely. The results of deploying Cisco were helped ensure that specialized offerings can continue despite budget cuts, used distance learning to transcend physical boundaries of campus and increased teacher productivity by enabling them to monitor students' work online.
