Hitachi Adaptable Modular Storage and VMware: Efficiency and Performance Maximized

Data centers everywhere are being challenged to meet increasing business and IT demands with the same - or shrinking - budgets and staff. As a result, organizations are turning to server virtualization technologies, such as VMware, to help maximize efficiencies throughout the data center. In virtualized server environments - perhaps even more so than in traditional environments - selection of the storage environment (such as direct attached storage versus storage area network) and choice of the storage system, itself, are critical.
