Newport City Homes (NCH) wanted to serve residents more effectively. It needed to build an efficient datacentre and end-user infrastructure, as well as a communications solution. Helped by Dell consultants, NCH implemented a Microsoft Unified Communications solution, Windows 7 and a partially virtualized Dell datacentre, with Latitude laptops and OptiPlex desktops for staff.
