How Do I: Transitioning From Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 Part 3

This is part three of a three part series on How Do I Transition from Exchange 2007 SP2 to Exchange 2010. A simple multi-role 2007 installation including hosting CAS, HUB and Mailbox roles will be migrated to the equivalent Exchange 2010 roles. All Exchange 2007 servers are running SP2 or later.
