IDS GmbH Enhances Central Investment Data Warehouse System With Scalable IT Solution

IDS GmbH - Analysis and Reporting Services (IDS) wanted to produce performance and risk analyses and extensive finance-specific evaluations for the Allianz Group. The challenge was to enable continual expansion of hardware architecture to accommodate increasing demand and integrate a variety of new source systems into financial database. IDS worked with ISE Grafenberg to enhance a central investment data warehouse system to consolidate and adjust/augment all relevant data and make it available for analyses and evaluations and provided a fail-safe, fast, flexible, and scalable IT infrastructure with Oracle Real Application Clusters.
