Implementing Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Release Candidate on HP Servers

This paper describes the level of support available for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Release Candidate build on HP ProLiant and Integrity servers. The purpose of this paper is to assist customers during installation of the Windows Server 2008 R2 Release Candidate Operating System (OS) build. This paper addresses several key topics such as supported configurations of ProLiant and Integrity servers, recommended system configuration and server platforms, supported software, storage options, and network adapters and procedures for new installations.
