Innovative Testing Academy Model for a Global Insurance Solutions Organization
The client employs approximately 400 people, operating across different countries, counting blue chip companies in its portfolio of clients. The client needed a solution that would address the scalability and flexibility issues and would allow them to cope with the software development demands that are inherent in the life and pensions market. AppLabs developed an academy based solution that would address the cost reduction objective and provide the desired level of flexibility. AppLabs provided a formal testing training program for the academy employees, including formal testing qualifications (ISEB), training in the AppLabs testing method and also the use of test and defect management tools.
