Intelligence Driven Information Retrieval Framework for e-Governance

E-governance system promotes transparency, quick access to information but it lacks human-machine interpretation. Semantic Web based solutions for E-Governance provide real time intelligence by making the machine understand the information and takes intelligent decision by integrating heterogeneous data from distributed sources in more autonomous way. In existing E-Governance, duplicate information spread throughout different department datasets. Failing to maintain consistent information across the datasets of departments leads to incorrect and unreliable result to the user query. The e-services themselves are not interoperable, hence it makes difficult for the citizen to access the services and it is not possible to refine a new service.
