Technology Services Team was presented with the challenge of managing the adoption of tool usage by an overwhelming number of teams and individuals. With the rapid adoption rate of software, effective and efficient deployment was difficult. The team needed a way to manage growth and maintain conformity throughout the intercontinental user community. Additionally, the team was delegated management duties of related database servers. The team adopted IBM Rational Team Concert Enterprise software as the core of a team collaboration strategy that will allow the team to better leverage its existing tools. Plug-ins integrates IBM Rational ClearCase and IBM Rational ClearQuest with Rational Team Concert, and the solution also supports IBM Rational Quality Manager on the IBM Rational Jazz platform.
