IOOF Identifies and Enhances Services to High Value Advisors

IOOF wanted to provide contact and relationship management for more than 5,000 financial advisers and more than 240,000 clients and obtain a holistic view of customer interactions across all departments, from front office to back office. The challenge was to increase e-mail campaign management functionality that is integrated into the CRM system and enable centralized reporting to track sales and retention programs. IOOF engaged Oracle Partner Phoenix Technology Services to implement a customer relationship management system based on Oracle CRM On Demand as well as supported a 90% increase in customer retention rates.
