In this series, learn about an added capability of IBM WebSphere Business Monitor (Monitor) V6.0.2.1 that enables the organization to monitor human tasks or activities. This capability, called Human Task Monitoring, is delivered as a SupportPac and can be readily installed on the existing Monitor installation. It allows the user to gather performance data about human activities in one's business operations and to develop human-centric dashboards.
