KPMG SA Streamlines Human Resources Management and Accelerates Its Recruitment Procedures

KPMG S.A. wanted to modernize the human resources management tools to the benefit of a single and shared HRIS and Professionalize Human Resource (HR) management within the group by sharing good practices. The challenge was to accelerate business unit reporting in terms of HR management. KPMG S.A. deployed PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM at 194 physical locations, replacing heterogeneous and obsolete solutions, for administrative management, recruitment, and training and used by approximately one hundred HR professionals and managers.
