Legal Services of New York City wanted to transform hodgepodge network into a state-of-the-art system that would enable Legal Services to expand its reach, helping more low-income New Yorkers and deliver secure, reliable IT services among Legal Services' 17 offices and to partners citywide. The challenge was to maintain business continuity despite uptime challenges from ATM service provider. The company deployed Juniper Networks NetScreen-5GT firewall, NetScreen-50, and IPSec VPN which gave them a secure, reliable network.
