Banco de la Nacion Argentina (BNA) was an autonomous commercial bank of the eighth-largest nation in the world. It was facing some challenges relating to the bank's core IT infrastructure. They were looking for a solution to meet the bank's complicated requirements as well as reduce operating and capital expenses. Working with BNA, Mainline provided solutions of IBM BladeCenter S, an ideal platform for server and network virtualization and consolidation; the IBM BladeCenter HS22. The results of deploying the Mainline were optimized performance and capacity which reduced complexity, improved systems management and energy efficiency with lower total cost of ownership. Gained greater scalability, flexibility with better-utilized resources.
