Biesse America wanted to simplify communications among employees in three countries and reduce voice and travel costs. The challenge was to improve customer service. Biesse America replaced multiple phone systems with a centralized Cisco Unified Communications system and gave employees tools to reach each other more easily. They used Cisco WebEx to troubleshoot and repair customers' systems.
