Their challenge is to ensure service agents can quickly reach employees when customers have questions, enable employees to work more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and better serve customers, proactively secure the network from costly outside attacks. They deployed to communications platform integrating voicemail, conferencing, and contact center functions with VPN feature enabling highly secure interoffice dialing over the internet and monitoring and analysis application to help block and counteract virus attacks. They saved $3000 per month in phone charges in which productivity rose as employees can reach coworkers and respond to customers more quickly and saved more than $100,000 for each hour of virus attacks avoided.
